We will be having another Chisholm Trail meeting on Tues. May 13th from 6:30
pm
to 7
pm to go over some important information. Parents
are encouraged to attend. Please bring any questions you have regarding the
trip.
Here are a few important reminders:
1) Everyone must do a Swim Check with Mr.
Jahnke before
the trip. We have scheduled
3:15pm
- 4:30pm
on Sunday, May 18 at the YMCA in
Crystal Lake to do this.
Please mark this date on your
calendars. It shouldn't take very long. As soon as you have
completed your test, you are free to leave.
2) The final cost of the trip is $600. Any outstanding balance must be paid
by Tues,
May 20th.
3) We are looking for some volunteers to pick up the group at Union Station on
Sunday June 22nd at 2:15
pm to transport us back to First
Congregational Church. Please let me know as soon as
possible if you are able to assist with this. We are hoping that someone will
also be able to bring the trailer down to put the gear in.
4) Physical forms are due by
May 27th. Remember, all youth must have had a physical in the past 3
years.
